"All Trump’s lies and all his enablers cannot hide the fact that the state of the union under his disastrous leadership is dire. Trump has turned our own federal government into a weapon against us. He prioritizes the desires of his billionaire backers over the health and wellbeing of the American people. He is undermining the rule of law and with it our freedom. The future state of the union is up to us. We who can see through Trump’s lies must demand better from our public officials—and we must work together to elect better ones."
