  • Lilly Gaddis declares that "the niggafication of America is complete. I want out."
  • Eric Metaxas proclaims that "not having to turn the clocks back every Fall and enjoying an hour more of daylight would be the greatest gift govt ever could give to the American people."
  • Finally, Jim Garlow penned a lengthy piece attacking minister and Democratic Senate candidate Adam Hamilton as "a false prophet": "He is not to be theologically trusted. Or politically as well."

Jim Garlow

Jim Garlow is an anti-LGBTQ activist who made a national name for himself by helping to mobilizing churches against marriage equality in California. He has since played a number of roles in the religious-right movement. During the MAGA era he has become an ardent Trump supporter, serving on the faith advisory board for Trump's 2016 campaign. During the turmoil after the 2020 election, Garlow started a series of prayer calls designed to help keep Trump in power. The World Prayer Network calls have continued as venues for religious-right organizing and MAGA propaganda. 

Mark Meckler

Mark Meckler is a right-wing activist and pundit.  Meckler leaders the Convention of States project, which wants to rewrite the U.S. Constitution and, he says, reverse more than a century of progressive policies. Meckler promotes bogus Christian nationalist history and MAGA conspiracy theories. 

Ali Alexander

Ali Alexander is a far-right activist, social media personality, and conspiracy theorist. Alexander is an organizer of Stop the Steal, a campaign to promote the conspiracy theory that widespread voter fraud led to Joe Biden's victory over Donald Trump. He also helped to organize one of several rallies that preceded the January 6 attack.

Having once been considered a somewhat scholarly religious-right commentator and author, Metaxas became increasingly radical during the Obama administration and eventually developed into a full-blown conspiracy theorist during the Trump era. A die-hard Trump cultist, Metaxas’ message has grown increasingly dire with every passing election, as he warns incessantly that America is sliding into modern-day Nazism, thanks to the Democrats and the degenerates who vote for them.
