Recently anti-Muslim Christian nationalist Texas state Rep. Nate Schatzline announced that he would not be seeking reelection and will instead be taking a position with the National Faith Advisory Board, an organization created by White House faith advisor Paula White.
In addition to this new position, Schatzline also runs a Christian nationalist organization call For Liberty & Justice, which "trains activists and candidates how to run for local office, honor the Lord and their family, and lead righteously once they win."
Earlier this week, For Liberty & Justice released an ad boasting of the success it had in 2025 and laying out its plans to work with churches and local groups across the nation in 2026 and train them to "invade" local Republican parties and bring "spiritual reformation in the governmental realm."
"Over the last year, we've seen God do incredible works through For Liberty & Justice," Schatzline said in the ad. "We believe the Holy Spirit has given us a specific blueprint to mobilize local churches, wake up cities, and take a stand for religious liberty and for biblical justice in the governmental realm."
"This is about mobilizing the big C church," the ad continued. "In order to take back the culture, the local churches must invade and reform the local GOP. Our organization is not a right-wing or left-wing organization. We are a kingdom organization. We believe For Liberty & Justice is not only called to mobilize the church to be civically engaged, but also to disciple the civically engaged to do the work of the church."
"Rather than abandon a broken system, For Liberty & Justice will invade the GOP with the goal of bringing God back to the Republican Party and ensuring that there is a political party that represents our values for the next generation," Schatzline proclaimed. "We've now helped 110 of our friends and family candidates win local office to take ground for the Kingdom of God. And let me tell you something: We're just getting started. Revival is not coming, revival is here and it's on us to ensure this spiritual revival translates into spiritual reformation in the governmental realm."
