CPAC has invited “its most dedicated supporters” to “an exclusive retreat” at President Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago club this week. CPAC says the “multi-day experience” will center on “leadership, strategy, and celebration.”
If the election results are even close to polling predictions, celebration may be in short supply at the opening reception Wednesday evening, which precedes the dinner for members of the Chairman’s Circle, which features Sen. Mike Lee.
CPAC promises that its “gathering of visionaries” will offer “a unique opportunity to be in the room where ideas are shared and the future is shaped.” The price of that opportunity starts at $2,500 for a ticket to the gala dinner on Thursday night and ticks up to $95,000 for the exclusive “backstage” pass to the retreat and gala.
The speakers list includes Trump administration officials and right-wing foreign officials. CPAC is promoting the appearance of Eduardo Bolsonaro, brother of the recently defeated Brazilian presidential candidate who fled justice at home with the help of the Trump administration.
CPAC’s next annual U.S. gathering of right-wing activist is scheduled for April 14-18, 2027 in Orlando.
