  • Just days after suggesting that President Donald Trump should outlaw the Democratic Party, Eric Metaxas was celebrating Easter at the White House with Trump.
  • Rep. Andrew Clyde alleges that Democrats "want to disrupt the economy" because "they don't want the American people to be prosperous." 
  • Joshua Haymes declares that "ideally" men would be the main breadwinner in a family and therefore "he should be able to tell his wife what to do." 
  • Joel Webbon tells white people not to be brainwashed by all the "propaganda" showing interracial couples in the media, which he says is being promoted "because they hate you": "What they're afraid of is you having white babies and so this reality should probably factor into your decision for marriage."
  • Finally, confronted over allegations that he had an inappropriate relationship with a minor, far-right Florida gubernatorial candidate James Fishback yelled at streamer Tajy TV that "you should be lynched for lying about me like that."

Joel Webbon

Joel Webbon is a hard-core Christian nationalist who believes women should not have the right to vote and Jews should not be able to hold public office. Along with Oklahoma state Sen. Dusty Deevers, former Trump administration official William Wolfe, and others, Webbon contributed to “The Statement on Christian Nationalism and the Gospel," which declared that the United States must formally “acknowledge the Lordship of Christ” in all its laws, “abolish abortion,” outlaw marriage equality, and “recapture our national sovereignty from godless, global entities who present a grave threat to civilization.”

Having once been considered a somewhat scholarly religious-right commentator and author, Metaxas became increasingly radical during the Obama administration and eventually developed into a full-blown conspiracy theorist during the Trump era. A die-hard Trump cultist, Metaxas’ message has grown increasingly dire with every passing election, as he warns incessantly that America is sliding into modern-day Nazism, thanks to the Democrats and the degenerates who vote for them.
